Urge the Council to reduce the proposed 55% increase to burial costs in Birmingham from April 2019

Such huge increase in price at this time is shocking. When people bury loved ones it is hard enough. But increasing a financial burden on a vulnerable group should not be allowed .

Costs for burial are high as it is already, an increase would cripple many left in debt and the Council should be more responsible..!!

I disagree with the high costs just to get buried.

Have some shame! Forget an increase it should be free! Spend all our life's working hard paying taxes and can't even die in peace. At a very hard time with losing loved people will have to try and find the money from somewhere, this is the last they should worry about!
