Please do not increase the burial costs because if you do families then will struggle and this might have consecuences like families getting a debt, bodies staying for longer periods of time until claimed to be able to bury them etc. This increase ultimately creates a struggle for lower class families on top of the struggles that they already face

Reduce price of the funerals.

The burial is the end of a person's life and it should be made easy for family while grieving not more difficult

It's a disgrace to increase the burial and cremation costs to fill your pockets. Some services provided by the council over the last few years have been beyond pathetic. You should be reducing your charges/refunding the public due to the stress and inconvenience caused. Also, there have been many job losses over the last couple of years. Some people are struggling with health, education and food costs, yet you are pushing them further into debt, for something that every human has an honourable right to.
