Urge Universal Music Group and Richard Carpenter to complete and release Karen's remaining solo tracks

Karen deserves to be heard. These recordings were predominantly made with her money and history needs to rectify error. Gross error

Been a fan for nearly 20 years since I was 7 years old, I sing and have learnt the drums all because of Karen's influence. Please release these tracks

The Carpenters are GREAT!

As a drummer who has played since 1978, has been in 14 bands, and is heavily (to use an understatement) involved in the histories and sounds of nearly every musical genre on this planet, I state without any reservation whatsoever that, to this day, Karen Carpenter’s voice remains the most beautiful, the most pure, and the closest to perfect as possible in the entire history of popular music. As a drummer, I must also remind everyone that Karen Carpenter was a gifted drummer (if you do not believe me then consider she received copious kudos from the likes of unbelievably great and legendary drummers like Buddy Rich). Karen Carpenter is monumentally missed each and every day by the fans of the Carpenters and by fans of Karen herself. It is with all good intentions and respect that I strongly urge Richard Carpenter and Universal Music Group to honor Richard Carpenter, the Carpenters, and, especially, Karen Carpenter by releasing the unreleased tracks. People in today’s world, including the young, must never forget the amazing music and lyrics of the Carpenters that were delivered by that most gifted of voices—that voice of Karen Carpenter. Please give the honor to Karen Carpenter that she is so deserving of and release the unreleased tracks. Karen—Thank you for your impeccable voice, your drumming, and the grace of your beauty. You were taken from us far, far too soon and we miss you with the passing of each new day. Thanks to technology we will always have your stellar talents captured in those moments in time the Carpenters recorded and released new albums and singles. So, Richard Carpenter and Universal Music Group, honor Karen Carpenter by giving the world her voice once again and anew with those unreleased tracks. Honestly, I am getting choked up just writing these comments, as doing so is another reminder that Karen Carpenter has been gone now for just over 32 years. Thank you for your time and consideration.

I listen to Carpenters music all the time and would thoroughly enjoy these unheard by the public recordings. Please do it. For us, for yourselves, and for Karen.

Coming up on the 20 year anniversary of the completion of Karen's solo album, it would be wonderful if the powers that be would give this wonderful gift of the unreleased tracks completed, but it would also benefit TPTB by opening up The Carpenters to entire new generations of fans, many of whom may have only heard The Carpenters during the holiday season, when radio stations play their holiday offerings in heavy rotation. It would be a wonderful gesture for the fans.

Mr. Richard Carpenter, I beg you to do your magic, with those unreleased songs. Any Karen's recording is pure love, and so it deserves to feed those hearts that have been waiting for it for so long. That´s Love's nature. God bless you!
