Our Goal:

To continue to be rule abiding and responsible members of the uptown square community.

Our Request:

For security and safety of the residents, as well as resident convenience we are asking that the pool side gates access card readers are reactivated as well as consider installing a similar system on the gates between the buildings and for ease of movement for residents and restriction from non-residents. Currently the gates are open all day allowing strangers to access our private patios and at 7:00pm they are chained shut denying access to the pool for all the residents considering the pool is open until 10:00pm. Also we request that the pool stay open past 10:00 until midnight for those resident over the age of 21 and these would be considered “Adult swim hours”

We also acknowledge the continued efforts of the Uptown Square Staff to make the living experience here of the highest quality and thank them graciously for continued effort.
