Agree Upland needs some change im mentoring many New players in the Philippines and give alot of them a start capital of 5-10usd im getting the Bonus of 50%honestly j dont care about that im more worried of IP cuz people here are Using often the same wifi and if they dont know it looks like multi acc. There should be a solution for that like verifing the acc with something Additional then just phonenumber and Email.

I need more clarity on the bots. What defines a legal and illegal bot? Why should anyone have a bot? Seems to favor whales. Also purchasing spark with upx in game would be nice.

I agree with most of the ideas however it would be nice if we were allowed to make a combination offer for properties. example someone wants 1m upx for a prop and I only have 500k upx so I would add the difference in a property or even trade 2 properties for one. Any combination of trades should be available in the game for real property. I have made trades where I agreed to give 2 properties for 1 on discord where the 2nd property I accepted a lowball offer to meet the agreement since there was no other way to make the trade at once in the game . I would like that fixed maybe to also include uploads I have to also incorporate in trades. When I was green I accidently sold a 900k upx property for 9000 upx how will you know if it was an accident. I did it again at a later time accidently. You would have to be able to identify who accidently sold under market versus who is funneling money. Also it would be nice if we could add a description to the sale or add pics of actual property when the google maps in game is wrong or blank.

I agree with everything here. I would like to add that Upland needs to put more effort into things that have been promised for a long time and communicate more regularly about the development timeline. Items like in-game shops, automobiles, accessing the inside of our buildings, and more.

The ball is Upland's court, so to speak. Not many get a mulligan in something so important as a constitution. I hope they take advantage.

I think there is a case for including the right to trial by a jury of users in the constitution. Where users cannot be incarcerated by the Upland team unless a jury of their Upland peers find them guilty of wrongdoing. People could then apply for jury duty and would receive spark rewards for taking the time to consider different cases of alleged misconduct.

I agree with most of the above, I do not agree with the referral bonus, I think it can stand but occasional sales of upx then need to happen instead.

I love this Metaverse and dedicated a whole year of brainpower to this where I could also used that time to do something else and make way more money. I believe that upland never thought that it could grow this fast and get so business heavy. Now they are in a pickle and want to play the government in a decentralized world. This is not why we started. This is not why we are still here. We need change. We the People of Upland
