Petition to Uphold the Scientific Definition of Sex in Federal Law and Policy

Human sex is determined at conception and declared at birth

Identity politics is essentially a recruitment tool for the Left and is calculated to stir up "hatred of other" and further division and polarization of the nation, ostensibly leading to revolution and overthrow of our Constitutional Republic to make room for another authoritarian oligarchy. This ugly ideology foists false gender identity concepts and notions on a very small, hapless group of people whose confusion over gender makes the confusion worse. Many with gender confusion are deeply scarred emotionally (and physically) by being taken advantage of by the Left for the Left's purposes. While gender remains extremely controversial, sex is binary as the report says, and simple to understand. Science and truth has to take precedence over myth and intentional lies.

Why muddy the waters, We all know there are only two sexes. I fully support and agree with this petition.

This is truth, and truth is a very powerful commodity. There are only 2 sexes. Protect the dignity of all people, but stop the insanity of gender confusion. Thank you for putting together this brilliantly researched petition!

So far, we have found no proof that LGBTQ are related to science or biology. We can love LGBTQ people, but still disagree lovingly with them! -Stevie

Biological sex cannot change no matter how the person identifies and should be on legal and official documents as such

Biological sex is also imprinted on the human brain. Sex reassignment surgery cannot change these brain-based differences.

Biologically there is two sexes. Unfortunately there are many idiots.

This idea comes from Cultural Marxism designed and pushed to destroy the family and Christianity that is the cohesive strength our country was created to protect. It is evil and against the natural order of God.
