A consistent legal definition of sex biologically based is paramount to have order in society and to meet the purposes of laws and policies which are set forth to protect and promote the welfare of all.

As a teacher of 30 years who has had thousands of preschool and kindergarten students, I can tell you that regardless of what I teach them boys are boys and girls are girls until they are told otherwise.

I pray we end this madness

The tiny percentage of our citizens who claim to be or support an anti-scientific ideology (or mental abberation ) should not be able to influence the future of normal children with false claims which ignore irrefutable DNA proof. To do otherwise is a mockery of all established and empirical scientific truth.

I have been living in a women’s shelter for the last year. Women’s shelters are forced to include both gay men and transgenders as their clients which concerns me for two reasons. 1) Any male stalking a woman that lives in a shelter can get access to her simply by claiming that he identifies as a woman. 2) Regardless of how Trans people see themselves it is not the same as how others see them. Even those who are in agreement with the lifestyle for the most part still see trans women as men in drag. The resentment and hostility towards Trans individuals in such a situation can only add to a loathsome self image rather than any real sense of acceptance. I know of two gay men and their trans friend staying at this shelter who severely beat a 60+ yr. old woman here because she made rude remarks to them and yet they still remain within this shelter system.
