Petition to Uphold the Scientific Definition of Sex in Federal Law and Policy

I support this petition.

This Truth is self-evident, particularly as it has been tested throughout civilized existence.

We as human beings are created as men or woman at conception, and mutilating of the body on these young children, and committing them to a life of serious medications treatments, should be a crime.

Our birth will define us.

Well I think the health professionals would know better than any of us.

I feel that the confusion about gender is a psychological issue. As a people, we do not celebrate or encourage other mental disorders such as Schizophrenia, Bipolar disorder or other psychological disorders. Those who are confused about their gender need professional psychological help in order that they can overcome this confusion and realize that God created them to be the sex that they were from the womb. It is the enemy that wants to confuse and destroy them.

Thank God! We must stop this insanity! No more the "crazy tail wagging the dog"!

There are scientifically only two sexes: male and female. Gender dysphoria is a mental illness that should not be disregarded. Those who have it need care.

I whole heartdely support the President’s initiative to uphold the scientific definition of sex. If we do change it what would prevent this perversion to reach any other sector. For example I may feel white today and native american or oriental tomorrow. Is race also fluid? What about feeling I am a cat today or a bird, who will be able to communicate with me? Should we all learn to bark?

Hello Ted Cruz and Gov Abbott, We are writing to encourage you to expedite some controls on an issue that may drastically impact the life of a young boy. He is 6 years old and his mother wants to make him a girl. Time is of the essence for this child so please address this issue soon! His parents are no longer together and the father is being pushed out of the decision and may have to pay for medical procedures he does not believe in. This is not acceptable in a free society! Even the many who support gender reassignment caution that gender reassignment is not advisable before puberty. This is due to the hormonal changes we all undergo at that time. So why should any parent be able to reassign the gender of their child before the hormonal changes that naturally occur? If one must be an adult to drink alcohol, a teen to drive a car then why shouldn't there be a similar age restriction on sex reassignment surgery that will prevent any future parenthood and have unknown side effects! Additionally, one parent should not be able to decide this is necessary. An unbiased therapist (one not predisposed in favor of the reassignment)should be consulted and input from both parents (if available) before any medical action can be taken. Please do not let the fervor of today's unproven ideology be forced upon Texas children!!! Doing so is tantamount to experimentation on our children. We will vote against any who support this child abuse and demand immediate action to halt the mutilation of a child! Children should not undergo drastic, unproven medical procedures before they are old enough to understand the consequences of it. This procedure may cause unknown mental anguish once they are adults.
