Gender is decided at birth by our creator

Two sexes for thousands of years before now. Nothing has changed.

We are either male or female period.

I totally support the scientific definition of sex in federal law and policy. Time to bring back some sanity.

We are what we are born with. Either a person with a pennis or a vagina. Anything other is disfunctional and will fail.

This is common sense and provides equal treatment under the law while preserving privacy for all.
