Petition to Uphold the Scientific Definition of Sex in Federal Law and Policy

Finally some common sense and restatement of fundamental truths that all cultures across the millennia have grasped instinctively but we’ve seemed to have muddled up in this scientific age due to extreme ideological views re: identity politics & so-called “gender fluidity” theories.

There are only 2 combinations of chromosomes - those are XX & XY, one denoting male, one denoting female. Nothing has changed in all the time man has been on earth. Any other statement is a bold-faced lie.

I applaud the Trump Administration in their reversal of the past administration’s view of gender! Denying the facts, absolute truth is very destructive for individuals and dangerous to our society!!

It is the place of philosophers to question the obvious not our government. "Science" based on politics is not science at all (by definition, if definitions still have meaning and if not what is the point of this site?) The absurdity of this situation is obvious and therefore quite frightening that resources are delegated to it. Who has sown this devastating philosophy and more-so why would reasonable people give it attention? Are we as a nation doing so well that we can allot our utmost energy to foolishness? We need to stop catering to the lowest common denominators (disproven ideologys) of society.

This should be a no brainer. this world has lost its mind. There is A-sexual reproduction in the plant and animal world by being female and male. The sexual reproductive organs are again male and female that make for duplicating and birthing more species, imagine the confusion if the rest of the plant and animal kingdom had a hard time identifying which they were, if they were born with male anatomy and decided it was not sure. We would have a disrupt in the eco-system. You are what you are born with if you want to state otherwise it's opinion and preference but its not SCIENCE. You are what you are born as.

Thank you, scientific community for this document. We need to push this through every state and in every school. Children of being harmed buy an ideology and movement through the lgbtq and Planned Parenthood pushing of this disorder as normal. I totally agree that sex is a binary,biologically determined, and immutable trait from conception onwards.

Biological facts cannot be twisted or ignored to appease personal preference without ill consequences. There are times that call for protecting people from detrimental choices made with false information and in ignorance of the facts. This is one of those situations.
