Human beings are dimorphic. Sex is an immutable fact and the basis for reproduction. Gender identity is based upon subjective "feelings" and cultural stereotypes. Sex-based protections must continue in law.

Women fought for web-based protections for the safety and privacy. Women do not have penises, and claiming an invisible feeling does not trump material fact.

Title IX can protect gender or sex. It cannot protect both. Every time it protects gender it discriminated against sex. Every single time it does that the female sex loses!
