Petition to Uphold the Scientific Definition of Sex in Federal Law and Policy

U are born a man or a woman. If u need medical attention it may be diffrent for one or the other gender. U can not just medication change your sex. Your DNA and chromosomes will still show your true gender. This is going to cause confusion and conflict for you children.

This strange social obsession with a fictional spectrum regarding gender is dangerous and I would like it to be illegal to tamper with the natural gender at birth through hormone replacement and so on.

Sex is an immutable fact. No human being can change their sex and women need protections under the basis of sex.

It is absolutely obvious who is male or female and has been since the beginning of time.

You are either male or female. Science has confirmed this fact of life that the Creator made them male and female, it's not something you pick and choose to be.

A clear and definitive statement concerning sex identity superseding gender identity as asserted in this petition will go far to assure public school boards and public institution officials that they may implement rules and guidelines that insure the protection of women and children against immodest and abusive practices that denigrate their humaneness and deny their rights.

It is shameful to deny solid scientific facts to appease a minute segment of society. Sex is not ambiguous.

Sex is biological and cannot be changed. It is part of evolutionary nature. We can work to accept people's expression, but we loose too much if we allow expression to override a biological fact.

We must protect sex-based rights for women & girls.
