Petition to Uphold the Scientific Definition of Sex in Federal Law and Policy

Common sense: Sex differences are real and consequential.

Let us respect each others dignity as a human being and the right to equal protection.

I agree that science clearly demonstrates sex and gender are defined by DNA at conception. Also, human dignity is respected by all peoples - equally.

Sex is bilogically determined, and cannot be changed.

Biology is not bigotry it is scientific, I thought secularists would never deny science they call Christians unscientific yet it is a Christian whom is here trying to defend science.

Biology defines sex, not what someone claims to feel or decides to “identifies as.” Being male or female is not a decision, just as blood type or height is not a decision.

I urge all governments to uphold the original meaning and legal intent of the term "sex" in law and policy.

I 100% agree. I am appalled by transgender males being allowed to compete in woman's sports activities where obviously they can win and receive rewards.

Stop the madness! If we don't stand up for biological reality - if we live like anyone can be a woman whenever they feel like it - then we can't stand up for or protect women and women's rights. Erasing all meaningful, biological differences between men and women hurts everyone in the end, destroys women's rights and progress, destroys children's views of science and reality, and causes mental angst, troubled relationships, and chaotic legal messes. Stop the madness!

Please try to anchor this part of the fed gov't in the real, actual, scientific world and not personal subjective thoughts, fantasies or even lies

Please uphold the biological and scientific standards of male and female as the only 2 sexes or gender in spite of the ill-advised attempts of higher education and media to skew and abort these foundational definitions and realities.
