Sex is a trait we are born with. No imaginings, delusions, wishings or assertions can change this immutable fact. It does a person no earthly good if we pretend that he or she is something other than he or she is because then we’re playing into their delusion.

There is a HUGE difference between biological sex and "gender". There is even more difference between "gender" and sexual interests. None of them should be confused with the other.
No one confuses bulls with cows, or stud horses from mares. You either have male genitalia, or female genitalia.
Ambiguous genitalia is extremely rare in nature and humans and is considered a fetal anomaly. The syndromes with them are often fatal soon after birth and would be in many humans as well if not for modern medicine and surgeries.
Please do not allow "feelings" to outweigh scientific fact.
