I wholeheartedly agree with the contents of this petition. I support maintaining the legal definition of sex that differentiates between the male and female sexes, and is based in science, not feeling.

People can call themselves what ever they want, but biological sex at birth does not change. They will just have to deal with their identity crisis.

The story of this Young man and the undue influences that are being brought to bare on him are absolutely contrary to everything that we know about human beings and the sexes. He is far to young to really understand the ramifications. No child his age should ever be encouraged to make life altering decisions when they are so young their own bodies have not developed. Decisions like this should be made by and as an informed adult, without pressure from anyone, not even the parents. Children this age, will act out in order to get the parents affirmation and what they understand love to be. He acts one way around dad a d another around mom, because he sense what they feel as normal, while not having reached adulthood or maturity, to really understand who he is ! Not who either project him to be. If ever there was a time for COS to step in, it is now!

Our unalienable rights endowed by our Creator include equality while being created male and female. All States have declared, accepted, or required these principles, and agreed that every State's constitution not be repugnant to these principles of the Declaration of Independence 1776.
