Petition to Uphold the Scientific Definition of Sex in Federal Law and Policy

Sexual identity appears to be immutable

Please stop allowing men to compete as women in sporting events.

What is truly amazing about this is the fact there’s a debate at all.

This should not even be a "thing"

I agree 100% with this scientific definition of sex! Those who disagree have to be out of their minds, or blinded by sin and Satan.

Common sense and logic should prevail in law.

Feelings are not a good basis for policy because people can have different feelings and people can lie about their feelings. Objective standards are the only way to run a civilized society.

Millions of people should not have their rights infringed upon because a few people are not happy with their bodies. If I don't like something, I don't have the right to force others to accept it and infringe upon their rights. You wouldn't tell a schizophrenic that the unicorn they see is real.

I've been chased into a bathroom stall which then was almost broken down and no safety via police because he was finally legally allowed...and because of this new law allowing men into women's bathrooms... so much is so wrong with this new thinking! Their rights shouldn't overwrite women's!

The biological science for every human, reptile, animal, and bird are two correct sex identifications and that is Male and Female. End of story. Stop the nonsense.

Forcing transgenderism on our children, schools, colleges and society is absolutely out of control and needs to be stopped! Transgender identity disorder is a mental illness and needs to be treated as such. Mental health awareness is appropriate but encouraging sex operations are not. There two biological sexes: male and female and they both very different in all aspects. Period. Stop the madness!

It's Ludacris if we forgo sex

I am a retired K-12 teacher and school counselor. When gender identity is erroneously treated as equivalent to sex in law and policy, then a male may at any time demand the rights, protections and access afforded to females. This automatically strips girls and women of their right to sex-based privacy, protection, and a proper playing field to compete equally. Transgender ideology thereby transforms all that was once reserved for females alone into another male prerogative.
