When we were born it was said "it's a boy" or "it's a girl" these are facts that cannot be changed!

No matter how often a transgender guy changes his frocks he remains permanently male underneath. Such fantasies must have some connecting reinforcement in the emotions and/or the brain that need appropriate therapeutic treatment, yet radicals want to refuse them help - how cruel is that? - Jack Blair, Sydney, NSW, Australia.

As a healthcare professional this makes sense and helps to maintain the safety and well-being of every patient. There are many examples of medical needs and variations in care based on biological sex.
