Petition to Uphold the Scientific Definition of Sex in Federal Law and Policy

Agree 100% sex is designed by our creator to be male or female. Not the wish or "I feel like" of today's generation and the continued march away from the Morals our constitution requires to keep America sustainable.

It is very important to uphold the true definition of 'sex' in our laws...The Dept of Ag also uses gender identity in it's discrimination policy, interjecting 'gender identity' with the language of the law....dangerous precedent. The Boards of Education can then use that to keep the 'gender identity' language applicable because of the school lunch programs.. All federal agencies should have one discrimination policy that follows our existing law. In the healthcare system, they are paying for what amounts to 'cosmetic surgery' but it is being treated as a health condition.

A quick inspection of ones crotch is all that is needed to determine sex. Spending millions & millions to make that determination is a steaming pile.

Men and women are defined at conception. It's been that way since the dawn of time. No need to change that... Over 7 billion straight, normal people can't all be wrong...
