US doctors are going to have a very difficult time if everyone get to pick there sex. NHS just had one guy walk in and ask a nurse for a smear test. Refusal could be difficult at the best and may be fired at the worst for refusing.

I am a recently retired RN and fully concur there only two forms of DNA it is Male or Female. There is no such thing as I don't identify as a boy or girl.
