If a person changes their genitals surgically or dresses as the opposite sex, every cell in their body remains the gender chromosomally, that they were born with. We have to be able to identify people in this way. Sex change does not erase the unique DNA of rhe person nor does it completely change their gender. For our safety we have to be able to identify people, as well as for the trans persons safety if there is a need to intervene medically, ID a body, etc.

I agree that male and female are different from conception and that the laws need to state that. Both sexes need that protection.
