As a female and mother and grandmother and great grandmother scientifically speaking there are many different genes, chromosomes that are different in people born male and female. Altering sex definitions does not change genetic make up. As a grandmother of a gay grandson who wants to change I know his genes will always be male

There are only two genders... male and female. And there are chromosomes for only male and female... you're either or... there is NO in-between.

I agree that a persons sex is not something we choose: rather it is a predefined fact from conception.
