Petition to Uphold the Scientific Definition of Sex in Federal Law and Policy

Please don't change laws to accommodate mental and emotional sickness. We need to provide appropriate therapy to help them heal instead.

Reality should prevail.

The biological sex is the original design of human body which is even be found on every single cells in the DNA which cannot be denied. I do not think we should just decide our sex by thinking or feelinng. Fact is still fact. Feeling is feeling which is not a truth.

While I don't want to invalidate anyone that identifies as trans and anything they go through, I believe retaining the scientific, biological definition of sex is paramount for proper healthcare. Changing the definition will be detrimental to getting the best treatment or even fatal for people. Trans people also should be educated on the risks involved when they don't disclose their biological sex to their health care provider.
