Petition to Uphold the Scientific Definition of Sex in Federal Law and Policy

Gender neutrality agenda has no business in the federal or local government. Get rid of any an all wording in any laws. The United States citizens are tired of having these agendas pushed down our throats.

God in Genesis created mankind as male and female. Then after the fall and sin entered, mankind refused God, he gave them up to do unseemly things with their body, so we now see people totally confused about sex, but that does not change that male is male and female is female.

I believe the legal identification of sex should be based upon male or female as to the way it is and has been perceived through science

I have been a medical professional for 15 years and it is exceedingly sad to me that after all this time and progress in medicine that we have to sign petitions to try and help people believe the basic foundational tenants of biology. Male and Female is a genetically simple concept, but apparently the genetic entropy evidenced by our decreasing IQ scores has finally caught up with us.

It is very simple science ...,males receive the XY chromosomes, females receive the XX chromosomes. That is what was taught in biology when I was in school ... nothing has or can change that fact. More importantly this is how God created us as men and women, male and female.

Gender and sex should be defined by an individuals sex chromosomes and their reproductive organs.

We are born either male or female. Your mental attitude does not change what you are physically. Children should be told what sex they are. If the parent decides to make a sissy out of their son or a tomboy out of their daughter is on their conscience. Poor children.
