We must not be swayed by emotion. Gender is an immutable characteristic that cannot be altered. We must not take that step through the “looking glass.”

Gender = Sex as it applies to government. Anyone may self-identify as whatever they choose, as a matter of free will, but from the viewpoint of "LAW" and/or government such identification is immaterial. They are legally, whatever they are biologically.

We do a detriment to our society if we change biological facts to suit our whims. Culture needs support for self, but they also need to have a foundation that is firmly grounded in truth that doesn't change in order to know point of reference in a constantly changing world.

When a child is born in most cases we know if the child if male or female. People must wait before making major decisions not we the people.

In the name of reason please identify legally the facts of life that we all knew as children- very simply A boy is a boy and a girl is a girl- according to the chromosomes.
