Petition to Uphold the Scientific Definition of Sex in Federal Law and Policy

Liberals need to stop trying to re-define reality.

For the health of our established society we must refuse these medically , and psychologically unsound advances against health and gender.

Please protect our women and children. Please do not allow a vocal, radical minority to place them in harms way. Thank you.

Gender has been and should always be determined by biological sex.

I support this petition. I believe when you are born male or female that is what you are. I do not believe a child has the mental capability to make a distinctive decision as to whether they are homosexual or transgender. So today if I decide to be an elephant or an ape I should be allowed to live in the zoo and relieve myself in front of the public just like the elephant or the ape. Please a male is a male person and a female is a female person.

Biology determines, not desire. All need to understand mental disorders as described in DSM-5..

I am a Family Physician and agree that the biological/scientific definition of sex is accurate for the vast majority of individuals. There are a very few cases of chromosomal disorders that must be dealt with individually and compassionately, but these few should not define the majority, which are normative.

We all know there are two genders/sexes Male and Female. In the EXTREMELY RARE case a human being is born with both, or defective organs down below, those are exceptions. Male/Female ONLY. Thank you :)

This petition clearly distinguishes between biological sex and the separate term "gender." It is needful to have these categories clear like this, to eliminate the legal equivocation that causes so much harm and contention.

I work in at risk high schools. I’m watching a generation of our young people walk right into this trap. It is costing them dearly. It’s destroying their childhood their future and in some cases their lives through suicide.
