Petition to Uphold the Scientific Definition of Sex in Federal Law and Policy

There are only two genders : " King James Bible But from the beginning of the creation God made them male and female." Mark 10:6

The Creator told what sex was to mean between a husband and wife! Let's get back to common sense here!

It is neither kind or tolerant to facilitate this deception.

There are only 2 sexes and an extremely small percentage of people with genetic abnormalities. Sex is a biological reality which has real world implications. Gender is a state of mind, which is unmeasurable, ephemeral and can have no recognition in law.

Gender is about biology, not how one feels about it. The very components and functions of the male/female reproductive organs etc clearly define that there is only male and female - this is scientific fact. To confuse the boundaries on this issue helps no-one.

People are quick to deceive others and even themselves. Genetics don't lie.

Biology is not by our choosing and the truth is not negotiable. It stands separate and above emotional, subjective "feelings". I agree wholeheartedly with the statements made in this petition and hope that the scientific definition of sex is upheld by our laws. Children today, already have to deal with enough without those in authority causing them more confusion and delusion. As an American and clinician, I take a stand to oppose societal constructs that are designed to leverage political agendas, especially those that have huge negative impacts on biological systems and health as well as psychological detriment...

Woman = adult human female.

So ridiculous that we have to sign a petition for this, but here we are.

For those who don't like their sex, change it to fit the gender they want. Preference doesn't count.

There is no scientific or medial reason to change the designations of male and female as determined by our genitals at birth. Please do not change the laws to cater to a tiny minority of people who want to change the definition of woman to suit themselves rather than the billions of women who exist and need to be properly identified for medical reasons. Gender is not the same as sex, and gender confusion in a few should not negate the rights of the majority.
