As a nurse I find this an issue of mental illness that needs to be investigated
This is a nightmare to health care providers and definitely opens them up to lawsuits if it is not addresses as biological.

Stop politicalizing sex. There are only two genders, male and female. No way a male can become a female, and vice versa. Transgender is impossible
