There are few places like Wood Road. Let's keep this treasure of a gravel road with the 3 acre lot minimum!

Wood a Road resident not only unhappy with this possibility but, also, the way in which things have transpired. Milton is better than this.

Please DO NOT allow the 2 - 1 acre lots on Wood Road and Birmingham Highway. The "paved" road is barely passable with 2 compact cars let alone horse trailers etc., I blew 2 tires as a pickup truck ran me off the road--there's just NOT enough room. It's not a legitimate paved road, its paved for the safety for the residents. Please, we are pleading with you to listen to the residents, we love this road and the history means the world to the residents and we hate to see it turn into another cookie cutter neighborhood.

Wood Road was gravel when I moved here in 1995. It is still a gravel road today. I walk on gravel and drive on gravel everyday. The small amount of asphalt at the end of Wood Road does not make this a paved road. Please do the right thing and acknowledge this road as a gravel road.

Please respect the wishes of the residents on Wood Road for this to remain a rural road with 3 acre minimums as was always the intention!!

Mistakes happen. Here we are given a rare opportunity to correct a mistake before it irrevocably alters the rural nature of this area and forever changes the nature of the Milton Trail as enjoyed by many.

A key reason for purchasing property on Wood Rd is the allure of the Milton Trail and the rural nature of the road. Don't set a precedent by breaching the long standing, existing zoning requirements.

A fifteen foot of asphalt does not constitute a paved road. Wood Road should be treated as a rural gravel road along its entire length.
