Our demands are genuine. We, Executivee of CIL, need our pay scale to be at par with the ONGC payscale. The pay anomaly needs to be removed. It's not a just matter of 40000 executives of CIL, rather it's a matter of 40000 families dependent on we people.

This is a burning issue that is to be addressed. Young executives are leaving company for the culture and corruption that is running and revising the pay scale can really boost our expectations from this company.
