Much waited and even more required. People working on challenging jobs in the most remote and challenging parts of India still paid much less compared to their contemporary in other Maharana companies.

Coal Industry is very hazardous and tough where Executives are working against nature with risk of life. They are doing challenging tasks to meet the energy requirement of our country. They are working hard to meet the production target. They hardly get time to think about good education of their children and proper medical care of their family members. In most of their service career, they work in remote Coalfields where basic amenities are not available. CIL Executives should be paid highest salary.

This delay in pay revision doesn't only shows discrimination but also injustice towards us. Please consider our request so that our faith restored in administration, which will enable us to remain committed towards growth of Company & Nation.

We people work hard in remote locations. We need pat scale at par with ONGC to remove pay anomaly which will arise in lower management. Remove pay anomaly and finalize 7th pay revision.
