Early Finalization of Upgraded Pay Scale for Executives of Coal India

Remove pay anamoly. Equal pay for all Maharatna.

We want immediate implementation of 3rd PRC as per ONGC scale.

It is very hurting that we get less pay than non executive while we bear more responsibility and accountability.

Payscale should be as equal to other PSUs.

Plz finalise as soon as possible

All Maharatna PSU’s finalised 3rd PRC. We, CIL executives also want to finalise the 3rd PRC as per other Maharatna PSU at the earliest

Do it at earliest and at par with ONGC

It's been more than one and a half year waiting for pay revision.

We want early pay revision at CiL .. and remove pay anomalies at E1-E5 grade executives. Our workers get more pay in comparison with executives

Late finalise means injustice to every executive of CIL as a whole both psychologically & financially.

The demand for removing pay anomaly is justifiable, equal pay and equal status should be given

Looking forward for pay parity with other Maharatna PSUs like ONGC, which is the need of hour for us Coal Indians to work with more enthusiasm keeping alive our spirit to work with greater sense of responsibility and accountability.
