We are demanding not more than genuine. Delay in implementation of upgraded pay is indirectly causing production loss to CIL.

Isn't it a maharatna like other psus, if it is then please don't pay us like a miniratna....we take in loads of polluted air inside everyday just to provide coal for whole nation....we feel extremely humiliated that the non executives get paid twice our salary.....kindly consider it its about the employees of this company.
