We are working in worse condition to fullfil the energy needs of the nation nd more to work for future needs. As we are coal Indians with maharatna status we need equal pay as other maharatnas for moral support nd boosting encourage to full fill countries energy needs.

Revised pay should be in effect ASAP.even after being a maharatna psu this type of ignorance towards low
payscale is intolerable and against the dignity of this prestigious organisation.
