The upgraded pay scale for Coal India executives is finally being finalized according to our terms. This was a long and exhausting push but I am relieved it is over. Now we must stay vigilant to ensure the implementation happens exactly as promised.

We are feeling very nervous due non finanlization of pay revision. And when i was in last job i was getting the salary of rs 50000 in cash but now i receive only 38000 which could not bear my EMI cost. Very frustrated and discourage to do work.
Early finalization & Pay anomaly at par with MAHARATNA company keeping in view the fact behind it ie NCWA-X, needs to be done asap so as to boost the morale of young executives of company, who will be leading the company to new heights in near future.
Our demands are genuine. We, Executivee of CIL, need our pay scale to be at par with the ONGC payscale. The pay anomaly needs to be removed. It's not a just matter of 40000 executives of CIL, rather it's a matter of 40000 families dependent on we people.
Junior executive are very much frustrated please provide maharatna pay scale. Otherwise after implementation of next wage board in 2021 normal worker salary will be equal to junior executive. This may cause awkward situation.
The pay revision scale demand for junior officer is need of hour to remove pay anomaly and to retain the talent as well as pay as per ONGC . The coal indian personnel are working in one of the worst environmental condition for lighting the rest of the country.

When this is going to be over.Every time my salary is credited into my account i feel i am less paid than the clerk in my office whose salary is almost equal to me with almost zero responsibility. A damn shame. I hate to break it but now is the time adminstration look into this matter.
