Upgrade UMfolozi graduation hoods.

I am in support of the request of a change of graduation hoods, as the current ones are outdated

As Umfolozi TVET College Richtek Campus I would like to second the request of changing the graduation hood

As a student of Umfolozi TVET College we need new design of hoods not old one

I agree with the change off hoods the are old and doesn't give us that feeling off wanting to Graduate .
