Baseball is my favourite sport, I love playing it. The thing that I would love the most and many other people would love and enjoy is if the fields were maintained better. If they were maintained, everyone would be able to play with ease without having to worry about weeds and such. I hope that this can be accomplished and we can have better baseball diamonds for everyone who plays.

Kingstons fields are in high demand every year. They are poorly maintained and there is no excuse for it. Small towns keep up there facilities better and put Kingston to shame. Fields without fences and proper sand or gravel need to be fixed. We have enough fields but they need to be kept up. Too many have been left unattended for too long.

These fields are neglected yet the city charges so much. They need attention or all the leagues are going to leave and pay in other municipalities.

The amount of money we put into these diamonds and taxes we pay, more money needs to be put towards our parks and diamonds.

It is sickening that every other town has way better diamonds for its kids to play on. Look at Napanee, Belleville etc. Kids playing t-ball are shorter than the weeds growing on the fields, it's a disgrace

3rd ave field is a joke. Hills in the outfield and no fence. I pay money to play on this field.

I have played baseball in Kingston for over 20 years and ALL diamonds need some thx! They are very horrible! The outfields are terrible , hole and divets everywhere! The infield has too much sand and the batters box is like a bunker! They are hardly cut, hardly looked after, They are small and just horrible! If we had nicer diamonds we could host different events and bring more attraction to Kingston!
Please use some of my tax dollars to upgrade and maintain our baseball fields! It's proven that kids who are involved in sports do well in school and tend to be leaders and do well in life therefore costing less money for their city, province and our country in the long run! So let's give these kids fields to be proud of Kingston!

Kingston deserves better sports fields/diamonds!!!
Open the fields and maintain them regularly.
