We the undersigned believe the A737 upgrades are vital for North Ayrshire. The A737 has not been fully upgraded since 1992 and is currently exceeding capacity. The people in North Ayrshire desperately need an upgraded A737 which will give them a fast and safe route into Glasgow and beyond to open up employment opportunities and increase their life chances. Better transport links will also attract inward investment to the area creating jobs. So we ask the SNP Government A: to confirm upgrades will take place on the A737 B: what these upgrades shall be and C: the timescales on these upgrades.
