Tampa does not have higher cost of living they are the same as Orlando, however, Tampa receives locality pay and Orlando does not. This is NOT fair!!!

I definitely think it's time for Orlando to get on a better pay locality scale. It is a very busy city, lots of traffic, lots of tourists. We have so much to do and offer in Orlando, as well as all of the theme parks which thousands of people flock to everyday, every year. I really hope you consider our request/petition.

It is time of adjustment. Tampa VA have a higher cost of living than Orlando VA, also higher salaries than the rest of Vision 8

The adjustment should be more than just that of Miami. Tampa has received a new locality pay of 15% more than our current pay here in Orlando and it was also considered as part of Rest of United States in the GS tables.
