I love my tab, even though I've had to have the battery replaced and do a factory reset in the 2 yrs I've had it. I'd love to use Google Now on it too, but need 4.1 to run it.

The lack of upgrade support for older tablets has resulted in me recommending to family and friends that they buy an iPad. Apple OS can be trusted to support older devices. I'm also making plans to migrate to an iPad this year if Samsung doesn't upgrade the Galaxy Tab 10.1 to Jelly Bean.

The lack of service in this respect is appalling. I won't be buying Samsung devices again.

Please update, Samsung! I was a loyal samsung buyer, but I'll go to another company's stuff if this is how we're treated. So much for helping a company by buying a new item, going out on a limb and spending hundreds... Samsung - shame on you for forgetting us, the people who had faith in this item and bought it first.

I have 2 Samsung smartphones S3 and S4, Samsung wasing machine and dryer, Samsung laser printer and the Samsung 10.1 tablet P7500. Samsung should be honoured that I use their products. I have had no issues with the tablet and works just fine however some of the apps don't work because it requires Jelly Bean version. I strongly urge to Samsung to push the update to the patrons who still own the first generation tablets.

I love my Galaxy Tab and it would be great to get at least one last update to keep it current as long as possible.

Please move us to 4.1 Jelly Bean. All my tech is Samsung. It seems as if first users get punished by being left behind.

You could also just skip JellyBean and put KitKat directly on ALL your devices from within 3 years of the release date
