To: Management of the Spa Gym and Beaufort Park


We, the gym-goers of the Spa Gym at Beaufort Park, respectfully submit this petition to raise a long-standing concern regarding the facility’s Wi-Fi.


Since its installation, the Wi-Fi has consistently underperformed. It is slow, unreliable, and not fit for purpose in today’s digital environment. Many of us rely on stable internet for streaming workouts, using fitness apps, or staying connected during our visits, and the current setup falls far short of expectations.


This ongoing issue not only impacts our experience as members but also hinders the efficiency of the gym’s operations and services.


We strongly urge management to consider upgrading to a high-speed fibre optic internet provider such as Hyperoptic or Virgin Media. Both offer reliable and modern solutions that would dramatically improve the user experience and better reflect the quality expected from a facility like Beaufort Park.
