I went to school with Taylor, she was one of my best friends in middle school and I have kept up with her since before she passed. My heart goes out to her family and children.

This is a good start but the first time offender prison sentence should be 5 years and second offenses and beyond should go all the way up to 25 years. Not having stiff enough penalties for first time offenders is a problem.
