It is enraging to hear a animal is murdered when a adopter or rescue is on the way. This sounds like sadistic individuals run this place. Switch to the "no-kill equation" or shut down. Please do the right thing.

REFORM IS MUCH NEEDED HERE!!! MILLIONS OF DOLLARS ARE FED INTO THIS SYSTEM AND NO ADOPTION PROCESS, NO UPDATES TO FACILITIES.

Update and enlarge the shelter. If you don't update this shelter then you must set down rules for when and when not to euthanize, and train volunteers and employees.

You need to stop!! Let people from out of state adopt . They can pay for transportation and fill out papers through their humane society's. I see dogs I would love to have but they are out of state.

Time there was a Director with compassion because clearly Risa Weinstock has none and instructs her staff to kill.A name change is in order as clearly they are a slaughterhouse and there is no care

Wow seriously this what you all are trained to do! My 4 yr old grandson takes Alot better care of his animals! How do u sleep or look at yourself in the mirror. Shame on y'all!!** people go to jail for this maybe you guys should

YESTERDAY THERE WAS A SILENT KILL OF A 4 YR OLD RAT TERRIER HIT BY A CAR WITH A FRACTURE. INSTEAD OF GIVING HIM CARE, THEY KILLED HIM?
Today 7/7 NYCACC MURDERED 8 DOGS - ALL ADOPTABLE! THIS IS ANIMAL CRUELTY AND THEY ALL NEED TO BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR THESE DAILY DEATHS. THEY SHOULD BE SERVING JAIL TIME.... WE ARE ALL TIRED OF THE LIES, THE MISTAKES, THE UNCLEANLINESS, THE UNCARING PEOPLE IN CHARGE. IT'S TIME FOR CHANGE. THE ANIMALS DESERVE IT, THE RESCUES DESERVE IT, THE PEOPLE DESERVE IT! IT'S TOO LATE FOR THE MANY ANIMALS THAT HAVE ALREADY BEEN MURDERED BY THEIR DEATH HANDS BUT WE CAN AND WILL SAVE ANIMALS IN THE FUTURE. The "shelters" in NYC are abysmal! Please restructure, throw out the people responsible for this and give the animals of NYC a chance!
