Students planning to graduate at the end of this year were informed via SOLS message on Thursday 21st May that a number of ceremonies would be held in April next year, during the mid-session break of the autumn session. In previous years, the ceremonies have been held in December.

We are petitioning to move the graduation ceremonies (all of them) back to December, so that all students feel equal, valued and do not have to wait 5 months to gain their certificates. UOW giving us 6 months notice, after the website and student diary advertised a December graduation for all is unfair, it is unjust and it is unprofessional.
