UOS: refund a partial amount of the tuition fees in UOS - Sign the Petition!

السلام عليكم We need the university to bring back a significant amount of this semester fees because we don’t attend the classes as normal and we are dealt like online universities

regarding the current events, a lot of people are economically affected plus the Dentistry department Being the highest fees because it mostly depends on practice which as 4th year student count as 80% of the Academic year and unfortunately we didn't have to continue.

We’re suggesting that you return half of the fees of this semester spring 2019-2020 due the circumstances and we’re working online (distance learning). Thank you

Looking at the situations and everything that is going, we are not getting the services that we completely are paying for, like the class room fees, usage of electricity and facilities, rather we are constantly as well facing issues with the online classes and barely getting and information from the lectures hence the constant connection issues.

I have paid 24300 AED this semester and I want at least to get back a half of it.

It is unfair to be charged that much money when we aren’t doing anything practical

University Of Sharjah's students are affected by strike actions and us as students expect UOS and other universities to mitigate it's impact. This could include making efforts to replace financial compensation. Partial return of tuition semester fees to students should be taken into your consideration.

Plz refund part of fees

I think that they should give as a part of our money or they can pay a part of 5000 of the fall course and they should give back the money of the domes

Please consider our request ,we don’t suppose to pay for these 2 months march and April we didn’t go to the university and online classes are not worthing that much of money. Also our business has been stoped in these 2 months so we need exemption from the fees or at least 50% or more discount on the fees. The check of 1/4 will be returned and we got a 500 fine if we didn’t pay now

Very true what other students are bringing up. We aren't using the science labs, nor the computer labs, nor the university studios, nor the electricity or wifi of the university...so therefore we do not need to pay all this when this online classes situation isn't working out as it is. Some of our Professors aren't even teaching. I have a course that the Professor hasn't held an online class, nor has he replied to our emails to update us about it in the past 3 weeks since this begun.

Please refund the dormitories fees and university fees as well
