We are all dissatisfied residents of Alpine Valley Vista. We are of same mind in thinking we are angry the way our (once very well green & maintained park) is rapidly dererating to an un kept un acceptable park! We have all been served with rent increases & yet we receive less & less maintence in our park. We once could be proud of our neighborhood, now we are embarrassed to be here. The park was dug up last summer for new pipes for irrigation, it is all still laying there to be finished. The grass is over a foot high. It has been parciaay mowed so short that now that part of the grass is burning up. There are many patches all over the grounds that have dried up & died along with a number of the trees,for lack of water & attention last summer, but the weeds are looking very healthy... The fences in the kids park are all torn down & weeds 3 feet high. The drain areas are all clogged with debris from the last fall & winter. There are residents that have RV's on stands, extra dead cars, mattresses, stoves, & a large varity of other junk stored out in peoples yards. Management brings in the dumpsters for people to use, but they don't enforce any of the terms we all agreed upon in our lease agreements in maintaining the property. All the greenery at the entrance & along the front of the park is either dead or burnt, & has not been attended to for well over a year. Last summer we had to go with out irrigation for our yards because the irrigation system was so old & broke down all over the park in tenants yards where the holes were left unfinished for over a month. The irrigation system is still laying out there waiting to be finished. We are asking you the owner to keep your property an asset that you can be proud of. I know if you will set the example of the way it should be taken care of the others will follow. Thank you for your time & attentions regarding our homes.
