The vents in the office are far too cold and blow out a freezing wind directly onto employees. This may be down to poor planning on the architect's part or down to an illogical floor plan where people should not have been seated anywhere near these vents, but in either case the current situation is untenable and is leading to illnesses and general unhappiness.

People should not be expected to have to wear jackets, scarves and hats throughout the day in an office environment. It is currently January and there is snow outside which means that is what it feels like INSIDE too.

We have asked for some action to be taken several times but nothing seems to be being done. If no action is taken to address the situation soon, we will be taking our own measures and finding some means to block the vent ourselves.
