I am starting this petition to have my neighbors removed from this building. The problem with them is that I don't feel safe,they are involved in gang activity, they have no respect for those who work and so on and so forth.We have tried to reason with them but it almost started a fight for no reason. My grandchildren visit often and they don't feel comfortable being in my home. As a tenant I should feel safe and not have to worry about my neighbors but unfortunately I do. I would like for the property manager to do something about this issue. Please support my petition. Thank you

I have finalized a formal complaint letter documenting these safety concerns to submit to the property management office. My next step is to schedule a sit-down meeting with the building owners to review our tenant rights under the lease agreement.

We had a pleasant community until you rented out without the regards for any type of background or credit check. Now they are living in our community not yours and you are responsible.
I support this family, I have witness the disruptions and disrespect they have caused
No one should have to work and come home to an environment that is not a safe one.
Home supposed to be your safe haven if you can’t feel safe there than where? Rude neighbors/ gang activity is unacceptable.
I strongly disagree with gang activity within the walls of any dwelling. Please remove the threat and allow your tenants to feel the security they are owed.

I hope that the Management Office do Something to help the Stewart Family Because as Tenants Were Suppose to Feel Safe...
