Whereas, New Richmond School board and district leadership, in submission to Governor Dewine and his tyrannical arm, the Clermont Health Department, has mandated all school children seeking in-person education to be masked throughout the school day for protection from Covid 19 (although this virus has a proven high recovery rate) without regard to personal liberty, religious belief, or health.
Therefore, we the people of New Richmond public school district formally request New Richmond School Board to refuse to be agents of the state of emergency farce, uphold our constitution, and refuse Governor Dewine’s heavy overreach into our community, our schools and our families by refusing to submit to the unlawful mask mandate.

My kids come home every day with headaches from these things. They cant breathe right in class and it makes it impossible to focus on their work. Let them breathe!

I feel these masks that children are requied to wear are gonna be more of a distraction than a help...the teachers will doing more disciplining over these masks than teaching....
