A mask mandate is not needed in the Dubuque Community School district.
People have the choice to use the "tools" to protect themselves and there children as they see fit.

My daughter goes to senior high school. It is unethical & against the Americans disabilities act. When I pull my daughter you will lose your funding for this child!

My daughter attends Carver Elementary and absolutely loves the school; but she dreaded going to school when there was a mask mandate. If this is implemented again, we will pull her out of school and send her to a private institution.
