By signing this petition you request that Saratoga Springs High School unlocks the pianos located in the stairwell. For the past few weeks, the stairwell in the G-Wing have had two pianos where students could perform. However, the pianos have been recently locked up, despite there being little concern or controversy with them. In unlocking the pianos, we would further push freedom of expression and exploration of the arts amongst students. Additionally, we would further revive the glorious good old days when you'd walk into the stairwell and hear majestic harmonies flowing from the pianos. The student body has clearly shown that music belongs back in the G-Wing stairwells. Email the school administration today to demand they remove the locks immediately. Post this link on your personal social media channels to keep the pressure on.

This is so stupid why would they lock a piano it’s a piano it’s not doing anything bad just unlock it.
It was a beautiful Monday morning. Me and my friends were walking through the hallways when I noticed two pianos sitting in the beginning of the G wing hallway in the stairwell. I immediately felt pure joy as I could share my piano talents with the world I opened those big metal doors Sat down and played a piece. My fellow peers clapped and cheered. This is the greatest moment of my life now Saratoga high school has ruined these moments for students by locking the pianos. This needs to be resolved.
